- Check-in time: 4:00 PM / Check-out time: 10:00 AM

- If you wish to check in earlier, please contact our staff in advance.

- Smoking, pets, and loud noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM are strictly prohibited.

- Late check-out is not available, as we need to prepare the space for the next guest. (A penalty of 5,000 JPY per hour will be charged.)

- If you would like to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, please contact our staff in advance for confirmation. We cannot guarantee availability.

- Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays).

- No cleaning or linen change services are provided during your stay. Please use the in-house washer to clean towels and bed linens if needed. A vacuum cleaner is also provided for your daily cleaning.

- Any transaction fees incurred through bank transfer or credit card payments are the guest’s responsibility.

- In accordance with Japanese regulations for private accommodations, all guests are required to submit copies of their passports and other relevant information before check-in.

- Please purchase amenities once they are finished.
