- NON-SMOKING APARTMENT the entire deposit will be retained if the apartment smells like cigarette smoke or other substances)
- Animals not allowed
- Parties and gatherings not allowed.
- Prohibition to park bicycles inside the accommodation
- The Tenant undertakes to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood especially between 10pm and 8am

It is agreed that in the event of cancellation/withdrawal:

* Flexible 1 day offer :

by the Tenant :
- more than 1 day before the effective date of the lease, the Tenant will be reimbursed for the deposit received (100% of the amount of the reservation)

- less than 1 day before the start of the rental period, the Tenant will not be reimbursed for the deposit received at the time of booking, representing the total cost of the stay, minus cleaning costs and tourist tax.

from the Landlord :
- within 7 days of withdrawal, the Landlord must pay double the total amount of the stay.

from the Tenant :
- more than 5 days before the start of the rental period, the Tenant will be reimbursed for the deposit received (100% of the reservation amount)

- less than 5 days before the start of the rental period, the Tenant will not be reimbursed for the deposit received at the time of booking, representing the total cost of the stay, minus cleaning costs and tourist tax.
