Il magnifico Resort Villa Santa Lucia gode di una posizione invidiabile da cui si può ammirare una strepitosa vista sul bellissimo mare di Cefalù.
Il Residence, di recente costruzione, è arredato in stile moderno e confortevole; è composto da otto appartamenti, ciascuno dei quali può ospitare quattro ospiti. Ogni appartamento dispone una cucina/ soggiorno ben attrezzata con forno tradizionale, frigorifero, un comodo divano letto matrimoniale e Tv, una bella camera da letto, bagno con doccia e un terrazzino con tavolo e sedie, ideale per trascorrere piacevoli serate magari gustando un' ottima cenetta all'aperto.
Il Residence ha un grande spazio esterno abbellito da fiori e piante e in cui spicca la bellissima piscina. Si trova a meno di due Km da Cefalù, in un'area molto tranquilla, a pochi metri ci sono bar e ristoranti in cui gustare i piatti della cucina tradizionale siciliana.
E' possibile aggiungere un letto singolo extra in soggiorno.

Terms and cancellation Policy
In order to confirm the reservation the Guest has to pay by bank transfer or credit card a depositi of the 30% of the total amount of the booking within 5 days.

The Customer can withdraw from the contract up to thirty days before the expected date of arrival, by means of a written communication which must be received within the aforementioned term. In this case, the Customer will be refunded the amount of the deposit paid within seven working days of the notice of withdrawal.

If the withdrawal is communicated after the aforementioned term (over 30 days), the property will keep the sum paid by the customer as a booking deposit.

In case of non-presentation at check-in by the Customer, without any prior notice of withdrawal, the property will keep the entire deposit received, with the Customer's obligation to pay the balance (according to the agreed price) within seven working days of the agreed arrival date.

In case of impossibility due to Covid beyond the 30-day term, a voucher of the same value as the deposit is issued if the communication will take place between 30 days and 15 days from the date of arrival or 50% of the value of the deposit if the communication will take place between 14 days and 2 days from the booking date. The voucher will be redeemable for any of our accommodations until 31.12.2022

Appartamento in mansarda che dispone una cucina/soggiorno attrezzata con forno tradizionale, frigorifero, divano e Tv, una bella camera da letto, bagno con vasca e una terrazza bista mare con tavolo e sedie, ideale per trascorrere piacevoli serate magari gustando un' ottima cenetta all'aperto.
Essendo una mansarda, in alcuni punti della casa il tetto è più basso e per accedere occorre usare una scala a chiocciola
