Furnished seasonal rentals are subject to rent payment.
- For stays with cancellation conditions: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay (excluding 1.5% bank fees), after which the remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days before the start of the stay. You will be notified of the charge date. If you wish to use another payment method, please contact the concierge service by email at reservation@homency.fr

- For non-refundable stays: Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no cancellation is permitted. You should check with your bank to learn about your payment card’s cancellation terms. A deposit of 10% or 30%, depending on the apartment, will be required. You will receive an email in the days following your booking informing you that the remaining balance will be automatically charged within 5 days to the card used for the deposit payment. If you wish to pay the balance by another method, please contact the concierge service by email at reservation@homency.fr
before the charge is made.
Non-smoking flat: part of the deposit (€200) will be retained if the flat smells of cigarette smoke or other substances. Ski equipment is not permitted in the flat and part of the deposit (€100) will be retained if an offence is committed. Pets are not allowed. Parties and evenings are not permitted. The tenant undertakes to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
