Guest Cancellation (Cancellation) / Non-Utilization of Services (No-Show)
Cancellations of bookings made directly via our homepage, by email, phone, or in person can be made free of charge up to [60 days before arrival]. Thereafter, cancellation fees amounting to [100%] of the total price will be charged. In case of non-arrival without cancellation, the total amount will be due. For bookings made through third-party providers such as Booking.com, HRS, etc., the cancellation policies of the respective provider apply.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
W&K Immobilienverwaltung – Rental of Apartments / Holiday Accommodations

1. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the rental of apartments (accommodations) for lodging purposes as well as all related services provided to the guest by W&K Immobilienverwaltung.


2. Conclusion of Contract, Contracting Parties, Limitation
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the guest's request by W&K Immobilienverwaltung. Bookings may be made in writing, by telephone, by e-mail, or via the website. The contracting parties are W&K Immobilienverwaltung and the guest.


3. Services, Prices, Payment
W&K Immobilienverwaltung is obliged to provide the booked accommodation and the agreed services. The guest is obliged to pay the applicable or agreed prices for the provision of the accommodation and any additional services used.


4. Arrival and Departure
Booked apartments are available to the guest from 3:00 p.m. on the agreed arrival day. On the agreed departure day, the accommodation must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability. These services require confirmation by W&K Immobilienverwaltung and cannot be guaranteed.


5. Guest Withdrawal (Cancellation) / No-Show
Cancellations of bookings made directly via our homepage, by e-mail, telephone or in person may be made free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
After that, cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the total price will be charged. In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount is due.
For bookings made via third-party providers such as Booking.com, HRS, etc., the cancellation conditions of the respective provider apply.


6. Withdrawal by W&K Immobilienverwaltung
W&K Immobilienverwaltung is entitled to withdraw from the contract for justifiable reasons, e.g. in cases of force majeure, unavailability of the accommodation, or other circumstances that make the fulfillment of the contract impossible.


7. Guest Obligations / Notification of Defects
The guest is obliged to treat the rented accommodation and its inventory with care. Defects or damages must be reported to W&K Immobilienverwaltung without delay after being identified.


8. Liability
W&K Immobilienverwaltung is liable with the diligence of a prudent businessman. Claims for damages by the guest – regardless of the legal reason – are excluded unless they are based on intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.


9. Data Protection
Personal data is used exclusively for the execution of the contractual relationship and is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.


10. Final Provisions
Amendments or additions to the contract or these terms and conditions must be made in writing. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.



The place of jurisdiction – as far as legally permissible – is the registered office of W&K Immobilienverwaltung in Ludwigshafen am Rhein.
