F3, quiet and bright. Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and espresso machine provided. For a good night's sleep 1 double bed (160cm) in room 1, 2 single beds in room 2 and 1 double sofa bed in the living room. Very high-speed WiFi (fibre) and connected TV. It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal :
1) by the tenant :
- more than 30 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will forfeit the deposit paid
- less than 7 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will also pay the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent for the period reserved as a penalty clause.

2) by the owner:
- less than 7 days before the lease takes effect, the landlord must pay the tenant the full amount paid by the tenant + 10% as a penalty clause.
