Cancellation is free if made up to 3 days before your arrival.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure, it will be accepted even less than 3 days before arrival, but only if accompanied by written documentation proving the force majeure.
In all other cases, or in case of late cancellation or no-show, the reservation amount will be charged.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS

Article 1 : Reception
The host reserves the right to refuse guests whose attire is indecent and neglected, guests who are noisy, improper, intoxicated, or whose behavior is contrary to good morals and public order.
Anyone wishing to stay at Residence Verdi is required to disclose their identity, and a valid ID will be requested upon arrival.
Foreign guests are required to fill out a police form, which will be kept by the Residence for 6 months.

Article 2: Apartment Occupancy
The guest may not bring third parties into the apartment who are not known to the host without the host’s permission. Similarly, the guest may not rent an apartment for more people than the current regulations allow.

Article 3: Access to Apartments
Unless an additional fee is paid, the guest cannot demand to occupy the apartment before 3:00 PM. The possibility of overnight rental ends at 7:00 PM, regardless of the guest's arrival time.

Article 4: Key Management
The guest may keep the apartment key and the digicode badge but cannot give them to a third party. They must be returned on the day of departure, during the inventory check. In case of non-return or loss, the host will charge the guest €5.

Article 5: Noise and Respect for Other Guests
Noise, even during the day, is prohibited.
A guest causing disorder or scandal in any form will be asked to leave the Residence immediately without a refund of their stay. In the interest of the establishment's tranquility, all noise must cease between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
To respect the peace and quiet of other guests, please avoid slamming doors and making excessive noise, especially between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any neighborhood noise linked to the behavior of a person under the guest’s responsibility may lead the host to ask the guest to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measurements, as soon as the noise is likely to affect the tranquility of the clientele (articles R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the Public Health Code).

Article 6: Responsibilities
Children are the full responsibility of the guest.
Pets that the host has accepted in the establishment are also under the responsibility of the apartment renter. It is forbidden to leave them unsupervised in the apartment.
Any damage or nuisance caused voluntarily or involuntarily must be paid for by the person who booked the apartment, including damage caused by their pet.

Article 7: Prohibitions
For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the Residence. In accordance with decree no. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, setting the conditions for the prohibition of smoking in places used for collective purposes, smoking in the Residence may result in an additional charge of €90 or legal action.

Article 8: Apartment Maintenance
The guest is responsible for maintaining the apartment provided. An additional cleaning fee of €40 may be charged on the day of departure if necessary (see T&Cs).
Any lost or damaged items must be reported to the Residence during the stay or on the day of departure and may be charged.

Article 9: Acceptance of Regulations and Terms and Conditions
The Residence's internal regulations apply to all reservations. Any stay entails acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale and the internal regulations of the Residence. Non-compliance with the above provisions will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE GUEST WITH ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOST WILL BE OBLIGED TO ASK THE GUEST TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1: Reservation
It is recommended that anyone wishing to stay at the Residence make a reservation in advance (via the website or by phone) and obtain the host's agreement.
This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation. Under no circumstances may a guest claim any right to remain in the premises beyond this period.

Article 2: Payment
Accommodation fees are payable no later than the day of arrival. It is also possible to pay by credit card, bank checks, vacation vouchers (paper or electronic), or cash.
According to Article 2102 of the Civil Code, the client cannot oppose the retention of their luggage if they refuse to pay.
The rate for the apartments is established per night.
Failure to pay will result in the immediate expulsion of the client, subject to legal action for the settlement of their due amount. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the Judge of Summary Proceedings of the Civil Court of BEZIERS.

Article 3: Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is included in the reservation price.
It is in effect in the municipality and amounts to €1.11 per adult per night. Children are exempt.
The number of people declared on the reservation must be the same as the number of people actually accommodated. Any excess tourist tax must be paid upon arrival.

Article 4: Reservation Cancellation and Commitment
Cancellation is free if made up to 3 days before your arrival.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure, it will be accepted even less than one day before arrival, but only if accompanied by written proof demonstrating the force majeure.
In all other cases, or in case of late cancellation or no-show, the reservation amount will be due.

Article 5: Access to Apartments, Departure, and Arrival
Upon arrival, unless agreed with the host and an additional fee is paid, the client cannot demand to occupy the room before 3:00 PM.
From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, entry to the apartment will be done in the presence of the host.
After 7:00 PM, entry will necessarily be autonomous, via a key box. Arrival instructions will be sent according to your preference, by SMS, email, or through the booking platform.
Upon express request and depending on availability, check-in with the host may exceptionally be arranged outside these hours.
Anyone wishing to stay at the Residence must provide valid identification.
Foreign clients are required to fill out a police form, which will be kept by the Residence for 6 months.
Overnight rental ends at 7:00 PM regardless of the client's arrival time.
Departure times are scheduled for the morning before 11:00 AM. Cleaning must be done on the day of departure, before the time limit.
Upon departure, the client must return the apartment keys and an inventory will be done in the presence of the client and the host.
It is forbidden to take any object belonging to the Residence: the host must be informed in case of a mistake, and the item must be returned under penalty of being charged.

Article 6: Children and Extra Beds
Baby cots and high chairs are free (subject to availability). Only the studio cannot accommodate a baby cot.
Extra beds are available for an additional €10 per night.

Article 7: Pets
Pets are allowed with an additional charge of €5 per night with the host's agreement (except in the Otello and Nabucco apartments), otherwise, access to the Residence may be denied.
Guide dogs are allowed free of charge with prior agreement from the host.
The number of pets is limited to 2 in Don Carlo and 1 in Rigoletto and Trovatore.
Any damage or need for additional cleaning, whether caused intentionally or unintentionally by the pet, must be paid for by the tenant of the apartment, with a flat cleaning rate of €40, and according to the damage for any other reason.

Article 8: Use of Wi-Fi
You are legally responsible for the use of the Internet access during your stay; moreover, you must not use the Internet connection for illegal downloads.

Article 9: Damage
The client must use the rented property in a responsible manner.
The apartments made available to our clients are checked, functional, and in good condition. Our clients are invited to report immediately to the host any shortcomings or malfunctions.
In case of a problem, the client must use their civil liability. In case of damage, the Residence reserves the right to charge the client for the repair or replacement costs. The same applies to any infraction discovered after the client's departure.
The host may require full reimbursement for any damage to materials, objects, furniture belonging to the Residence, whether caused intentionally or unintentionally, with a penalty and damages ranging from €60 to €2000 depending on the damage.
The host may require a cleaning fee of €40 if the apartment is left in an unsatisfactory condition (wine stains, alcohol, coffee, cigarette marks, excrement, cigarette odor, etc.).
In case of damage to furniture, bedding, or mattresses, the host will demand reimbursement for the damage with a minimum fee of €50 for restoration and for not being able to rent the apartments.
Generally, the client must pay for any damage caused directly to the Residence. They may call on their insurance (if they wish to be reimbursed) for any damage, whether intentional or unintentional, caused during their stay.
All our apartments are non-smoking. The host reserves the right to claim €40 for additional cleaning costs from a client who smokes in their room. If the client wishes to continue smoking indoors, they will be invited to leave the Residence.
In case of non-compliance with the internal regulations or the General Terms and Conditions of the Residence, the client will be invited to leave without being able to claim any refund.

Article 10: Complaints
Any complaint regarding the quality of the services provided must be presented to the host immediately.

Article 11: Forgotten Items
Left or abandoned items are retrieved and stored for 1 month. After this period, the items are destroyed. If you wish the host to return them to you, the client must notify them.
Shipping costs will be billed additionally to the client.

Article 12: Acceptance of Regulations and General Terms and Conditions
The internal regulations of the Residence apply to all reservations. Any stay entails acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale and the internal regulations of the Residence. Non-compliance with the above provisions results in the immediate termination of the contract.
IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CLIENT WITH ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOST WILL BE OBLIGED TO INVITE THE CLIENT TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
