The suite combines the charm of the historic building with modern living comfort in a captivating way. Created from the transformation of an old hayloft, it gives our property a distinctive character and unique charm.

The heart of the loft lies in its fascinating history. The 60 cm thick natural stone wall, which once separated this space from the newer building, has been cleverly opened up to create a harmonious connection between past and present. The original timber framework served as the structure for creating two new levels – a living area with a separate bedroom and a sleeping gallery.

When it comes to wellness, nothing is left to be desired: the modern bathroom features a custom-made Finnish sauna where you can leave everyday life behind. A separate guest WC provides additional comfort.
Another highlight: both the bathroom and the living room offer direct access to the spacious terrace, accessible via steps. Enjoy relaxing moments in the outdoor jacuzzi while taking in the view.

general policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&Cs)
Eifelsuiten – Exclusive Holiday Apartments

1. Scope & Conclusion of Contract

1.1
The accommodation contract shall be deemed legally binding once the booking has been confirmed by the host (Eifelsuiten), either by email or via the booking system, or—if confirmation was not possible due to time constraints—once the accommodation has been made available.

1.2
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking.

2. Payment Terms

2.1
Upon conclusion of the contract (booking), a deposit of 50% of the total price shall be due and charged using the selected payment method.

2.2
The remaining balance (50%) shall be due 14 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

2.3
For short-notice bookings (less than 14 days prior to arrival), the total amount (100%) shall be due immediately upon booking.

2.4
If a payment cannot be successfully processed (e.g. insufficient funds, invalid credit card), the host reserves the right to withdraw from the contract after one unsuccessful payment request.

3. Cancellation by the Guest

The guest may withdraw from the contract at any time prior to the start of the rental period.
The date of receipt of the cancellation notice by the host shall be decisive (preferably by email).

In the event of cancellation or non-arrival (no-show), the following flat-rate cancellation fees shall apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Any payments already made will be refunded.
29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
From 13 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price.

The guest expressly reserves the right to prove that no damage or significantly lower damage has been incurred by the host than the flat-rate compensation claimed.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

4. Security Deposit

To cover potential damage or excessive soiling, the host is entitled to request a security deposit of EUR 200.00.
This will preferably be secured as a credit card pre-authorisation or paid in advance by bank transfer.

The release or refund of the deposit shall take place within 7 days after departure, provided no defects or damages are identified.

5. Arrival and Departure

5.1
The accommodation shall be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.

5.2
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 am at the latest.

5.3
Late departure exceeding 60 minutes may result in an additional charge.

6. Guest Obligations & House Rules

6.1
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the buildings.
In the event of a violation, a special cleaning fee of EUR 200.00 and any potential loss of rental income may be charged.
Smoking is permitted on balconies only with doors fully closed.

6.2
Parties, events and professional photo or video shoots are not permitted without prior written approval.

6.3
Pets are only permitted in units explicitly designated for this purpose (location: Wiesbaum).
Pets are not permitted at the Loogh location out of consideration for guests with allergies.

6.4
The accommodation must be left in a broom-clean condition. This includes:

* Emptying waste bins in accordance with waste separation guidelines.
* Washing dishes or starting the dishwasher.
* Cleaning the barbecue if used.
* Closing all windows and doors upon departure.

7. Defects & Liability

7.1
Any defects in the accommodation must be reported to the host without delay in order to allow remedial action.
Subsequent claims shall be excluded.

7.2
The guest shall be liable for any damage caused by themselves, their fellow travellers or visitors through fault or negligence.

8. Final Provisions

8.1
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the host, insofar as legally permissible.
