・Full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for the use of the accommodation services provided by [Ebisu-machi Takadaya] (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility"). Any customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest") who reserves or uses the Facility's services shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms shall apply to all accommodation services provided by the Facility.
These Terms shall also apply to reservations made through reservation systems such as Beds24.

Article 2 (Formation of Reservation Contract)
1.A reservation shall be concluded when the Facility sends a confirmation notice of the reservation.
2.The Facility may cancel a reservation if false information was provided at the time of booking.

Article 3 (Rates and Payment)
1.Accommodation rates shall be based on the prices displayed at the time of booking.
2.Payment methods shall comply with the options displayed on the reservation page (e.g., credit card payment, on-site payment).
3.Additional charges may be applied in cases of exceeding the maximum occupancy, extension of stay, special cleaning, or other such circumstances.

Article 4 (Cancellation and Amendment)
1.The conditions for cancellation and amendment shall comply with the cancellation policy presented at the time of booking.
2.In the case of no-show (unauthorized failure to arrive), the Guest may be charged the full amount of the accommodation fee.

Article 5 (Check-in and Check-out)
1.Check-in and check-out times shall adhere to the times specified in the advance notice or on the reservation page.
2.Early check-in or late check-out is not permitted without prior approval.

Article 6 (Rules for Use and Prohibited Matters)
1.The Guest shall not engage in the following acts:
　・Causing annoyance to neighbors through noise or other disturbances.
　・Smoking within the Facility (excluding designated areas).
　・Exceeding the confirmed number of guests without prior notification.
　・Bringing pets onto the premises (excluding cases where permission has been granted).
　・Damaging, removing, or altering the equipment or furnishings of the Facility.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)
1.The Facility shall not be liable for the inability to provide all or part of the services due to unavoidable causes such as natural disasters, power outages, equipment failures, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
2.The Facility shall not be held responsible for theft, loss, or accidents during the stay, unless due to the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Facility.

Article 8 (Damages)
If the Guest intentionally or negligently causes damage to the Facility or a third party, the Guest shall be liable to compensate for such damage.

Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)
The Facility may amend these Terms as necessary.
The amended Terms shall become effective when displayed on the Facility's reservation page or other relevant platforms.
