All our properties are located within a 10-minute walk from the beach, feature electronic locks for self-check-in, and include cleaning and linen services.

All our accommodations have been carefully renovated between 2024 and 2025, providing you with all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Our local concierge teams will be at your disposal to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

The amenities in our accommodations are similar and adapted to their capacity, with fully equipped kitchens and either shared or dedicated washing machines, depending on the property.

All our accommodations offer on-site private electric vehicle charging solutions with the Recharge+ app (charging fees apply).

To facilitate your bookings, here are the key points to remember about our accommodations:
La Turballe, Le Grand Loc

Independent house for 8 to 10 guests (4 bedrooms) with a bathroom and a shower room, less than 400m from the beach. Features a garden (with outdoor furniture including a barbecue) and a wood-burning stove with provided firewood for winter. There is also a garage for storing your equipment (bikes, boards, etc.). Please note that the bedrooms are upstairs.

Piriac-sur-Mer, Kervin

Property consisting of three accommodations (one of which is not available for seasonal rental):

  • Norven: Up to 6 people (3 bedrooms), entirely on the ground floor with walk-in showers, two small gardens (front and back) with outdoor furniture (including a barbecue).
  • Dumet: Up to 6 people but more suitable for 4 (1 bedroom), featuring a master bedroom, a double bed in a mezzanine above the living room, and a sofa bed. A small garden with outdoor furniture (including a barbecue) is available. Additionally, there is a shed for storing bikes, beach equipment, etc.

Le Croisic

Property consisting of 5 accommodations, with a dedicated parking space within the property, except for the studio. Note that this property offers a shared garage with a washing machine and storage for bikes, beach equipment, boards, etc.:

  • Emissole: Ground floor, 3-room apartment for up to 6 people (2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed), featuring a garden with a wooden terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue, a bathroom, and separate toilet.
  • Tortue: 1st floor, 2-room apartment for up to 4 people (1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed).
  • Manchot: 1st floor, 2-room apartment for up to 4 people (1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed).
  • Hippocampe: 2nd floor, 2-room apartment for up to 4 people (1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed)
  • Langoustine: 2nd floor, studio for up to 3 people (1 double bed and a daybed in the living area), with a shower room and separate toilet.

PENBRON Holidays 500m away from the beach, 4 rooms
This first-floor apartment is located 500m from Lerat beach in Piriac-sur-Mer, a lively, family-friendly seaside resort. Fully renovated and tastefully decorated in 2024, it can accommodate up to 8 guests and is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. You enter through a small private garden with a barbecue, and access the apartment via an external staircase. On the first level, you'll find a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large sliding glass door opening onto a front-facing balcony. Two bedrooms with double beds (one king-size 160x200, one double 140x200) and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink and washing machine are located on the same level. Upstairs, a landing features a small workspace ideal for remote working, along with two additional bedrooms (one with a king-size bed 160x200, the other with two single beds 80x190 that can be joined together) and a second bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. A separate toilet is located opposite the entrance. The apartment can be accessed either through the front gate or via the rear, where two dedicated parking spaces are available. You'll especially enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the proximity to the ocean, and the private parking. Please note the apartment is located on an upper floor, and includes thoughtful amenities for your comfort such as a fast-charging station for electric vehicles!
