John's Place is located on the sunny hillside of Schladming in very quiet and peaceful surroundings.Here you can enjoy the first rays of dawn whilst having breakfast. The view on the Planai and the Hochwurzen are wonderful. John's Place has a size of 50m² (540 ft² ) and consists of an entrance hall, shower, toilet, living room with kitchenette and dining area, balcony, double bedroom with a king size bed. A cot can be added. The living room has a double sofa-bed which sleeps up to two people.

Apartment Sonnenhang in Schladming is a wonderful place to spend your holidays, not only because the sun shines onto this sunny hillside most of the day, but also because this apartment has been refurbished and updated to modern standards very recently.

The apartment has a fantastic view over Schladming and the surrounding mountains. The city center, and the 4 mountain skiing area can be reached in just a couple of minutes. The local pool with saunas and spa areas is only ten minutes away. Are you interested in hiking or cycling in summer? Perfect as you can simply step outside and start your tour. Plenty of restaurants and bars and adventures await you in the city center of Schladming. The ski- and citybus stops are located just outside the basement car park for your convenience.

Cancellation & Non-Arrival Conditions:
If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required.

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
