【Identification / Passport】

Our property does not have a front desk, and no staff are stationed on-site.
According to the guidance of the Kitakyushu City Public Health Center, all guests (including infants and toddlers) are required to submit a copy of their passports online after the booking is confirmed.
Please make your reservation only after acknowledging this requirement.
Guests who do not provide identification will not be permitted to stay.

【Cancellation Policy】

Regardless of the reason for cancellation, we cannot offer any refund beyond what is stated in the cancellation policy.
If you are concerned about possible travel changes, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance offered by private travel agencies.
It is usually much more affordable than the cancellation fee and provides peace of mind.

【Security Cameras】

As instructed by the Kitakyushu City Public Health Center, a security camera is installed outside the entrance door.
The number of people entering and leaving the property may be monitored for safety reasons.
Please kindly understand this before making a reservation.

【Prohibited Acts】

☑ Smoking and littering cigarette butts are strictly prohibited anywhere within the premises, including the emergency stairways, elevator halls, and the street in front of the building.
If violated, a fine of ¥20,000 will be charged to your registered credit card.

※ There have been past cases where residents reported to the police, resulting in fines.
Please follow the rules to help prevent fires and maintain a peaceful neighborhood.

☑ Pets are not allowed. If discovered, compensation will be charged depending on the damage caused.

☑ Please refrain from loud noises such as high TV volume, parties, gatherings, shouting, or running around.
If the host receives two complaints from neighbors, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund given under any circumstances.
※ If this warning is ignored and excessive noise occurs, the neighbors may contact the police.

☑ Do not leave trash outside the room, such as in the hallway, entrance, or balcony.
Complaints from neighbors will result in a fine of ¥20,000.

【Accommodation Tax】

According to Fukuoka Prefecture’s local tax regulations, a lodging tax of ¥200 per person (aged 3 and over) per night will be collected.
Children under 2 years old are exempt.
Please ensure that you enter the correct number of guests when making a reservation (ages will be confirmed by ID).

Example:
・5 guests (aged 3 and over) × 2 nights → ¥200 × 5 × 2 = ¥2,000
・3 guests (aged 3 and over) + 1 child (2 years old) × 2 nights → (¥200 × 3 + ¥0 × 1) × 2 = ¥1,200

【Towels】

During your stay, each guest is provided with 1 bath towel and 1 face towel.
If you would like additional towels, they are available for a small fee. Please contact us, and we will send you a payment link.
A washing machine and detergent are available in the room for your convenience.

Additional towel fees:
・Bath towel: ¥150 each
・Face towel: ¥100 each

【Parking】

A free parking space is available exclusively for registered guests within the condominium premises.
Large family cars (up to 8 passengers) can be parked, such as Harrier, Serena, or Vellfire.

【Refund Policy】

Please note that no refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

① Personal circumstances of guests (e.g., illness, family emergencies, etc.)
※ Please note that in Japan, public transportation may be suspended due to typhoons, heavy rain, or snow.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such situations.

② Everyday noise from nearby residents
③ Noise from the air conditioner
④ Room odors
⑤ False claims of cleaning issues (cleaning photos are taken for every turnover)
⑥ Differences between personal expectations and the actual room size or atmosphere
⑦ Allergies or other personal health-related reasons
