Arrival:
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. In case of late or delayed arrival, please inform us in advance.

Departure:
The premises must be vacated before 11:00 a.m.

By clicking on the "confirm my stay" button, you validate and confirm your booking. You declare that you have read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale and booking, available on the website. A deposit of €1000, to be paid by cheque upon your arrival, will be required.

Once your booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation and payment instructions. If you do not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payment:
Online payment is made by credit card or PayPal transfer, allowing you to book your stay immediately and definitively.
At the time of booking, you will pay a deposit of 50% of the total stay. The balance must be paid 1 month before your arrival by bank transfer.

Accommodation capacity:
Our base rates are established for a capacity of 10 people.
Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge.
Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge if using a baby cot provided.
Children of all ages are welcome.

Minimum booking age: 18 years.
WiFi is available throughout the property and is free of charge.

House rules:

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Maximum number of guests: 10.

Security deposit:
A deposit in cash or by cheque will be required upon arrival. The amount corresponds to 50% of the total reservation.
After the joint exit inspection, this deposit will be returned (directly or by post within one week), minus any costs for damage repair if applicable.

Insurance:
You are required to have holiday rental insurance. By accepting these conditions, you declare on your honour that you hold such insurance.

Booking policy:
Reservations are accepted for stays longer than 30 nights, up to a maximum of 365 nights.
All travellers can book instantly.
At the end of your stay, you must pay the tourist tax, which we will transfer to the local authorities.

Swimming pool rules:
The pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For health and safety reasons, its maximum capacity is 8 people at a time.
Please note that the pool is not supervised and no lifeguard is present.
Access is strictly reserved for registered guests of Les Maisons de Giroudet. Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.
The pool depth can reach 1.80 metres, which involves a risk of drowning.
A shower is mandatory before swimming.
Diving, running around the pool, bringing animals, smoking, and consuming alcohol or food in and around the pool are strictly prohibited.
After each use, the pool gate must be closed and locked with the provided key.
Guests are asked to remain vigilant and strictly follow all safety instructions.
