Important Notes Before Booking
Our villa is maintained in cooperation with local residents who help withlandscaping and upkeep. We value harmony with the neighborhood and ask guests notto book for parties or loud gatherings. If complaints arise, we may beforced to suspend rentals.
1. Check-In / Basic Info
- Check-in: After 16:00
- Check-out: By 10:00
No early check-in or late check-out. Cleaning staff may enter if check-out is delayed.
2. House Rules
- All guests must submit ID before check-in
- No extra guests beyond the reservation
- No outdoor facilities (deck, sauna, BBQ) from 21:00–07:00
- No loud noise at any time
- No smoking anywhere (including e-cigarettes)
- No pets
- No shoes indoors
- No fireworks, bonfires, or charcoal grills
- Do not damage or remove furnishings
3. During Your Stay
- Please treat the home as your own
- Clean up lightly before check-out (wash dishes, gather trash)
- Sort garbage in provided bags and keep indoors
- Extra cleaning fees may apply if heavily soiled
- No refunds for smell, insects, or other subjective issues
4. About the Natural Environment
- Located at 800m elevation – ~6°C cooler than flatland
- Wildlife may include ants, centipedes, spiders, boars, monkeys
- Do not approach or provoke animals
- Insects may enter despite prevention efforts
5. Access & Facilities
- On-site parking for 5 cars
- Snow tires strongly recommended in winter
- Cold mornings/evenings – bring warm clothes
6. Violations & Penalties
- Serious violations (smoking, noise, overcapacity) may incur cleaning or penalty charges
- We may cancel your stay if neighborhood issues occur
