It detects decibels in the apartment and informs us when there is abnormal noise.
The aim of this device is to be able to be informed very quickly of any noise nuisance in the apartment to ensure that the neighborhood is not disturbed.
If we receive an alert, we'll contact you or come to your apartment to stop the noise.
This sensor also detects cigarette smoke.

The rules:
1. Parties, events and soirées are strictly forbidden in the premises and may lead to the outright termination of the stay without any refund.

2. It is also forbidden to make noise after 10pm and until 8am.

3. you have two hours to notify us of any damage or deterioration to your property.

4. Please turn off the air conditioning when you are absent or when you leave.
