We would like to inform you that a "Minut" box has been installed in the apartment (approved by Airbnb).
It detects decibels in the apartment and informs us when there is abnormal noise.
The aim of this device is to be able to be informed very quickly of any noise nuisance in the apartment to ensure that the neighborhood is not disturbed.
If we receive an alert, we'll contact you or come to your apartment to stop the noise.
This sensor also detects cigarette smoke.


1. Please do not make noise between 10pm and 8am.

2. Parties and events are strictly forbidden. This may result in the termination of your stay without refund.

3. The apartment is non-smoking, but you may smoke on the terrace.

4. you have two hours in which to report any damage to your property.

5. It is imperative to double lock the landing door when leaving the apartment.

6. Commercial photography and filming on request and quotation only.

- the bathroom is private to the bedroom.

- Please note: The apartment is on the top floor. It is therefore imperative to supervise children on the terrace surrounding the apartment (with a one-meter-high railing).

- for parking: large SUVs like the Volkswagen Touareg fit in the parking lot, but that's only fair.
Wider vehicles don't fit.
The narrowest parking space is 2.39 meters.
The ramp down to tire level is 2.01 meters wide.

- To give you maximum flexibility, keys can be collected from the café/bar next to the apartment, but only if you give your name. All information is available on Airbnb at the time of booking.

- at the end of your stay, please return the keys to the café before noon.

- we leave furniture on the terrace in winter (garden furniture, table and chairs) but the sun lounger is stored away during the winter period.
