- The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
- The customer must pay the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 7 days prior to arrival.
- If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.

General Conditions of Sale:

1.1. The tenant may reserve the property by making an advance payment, the amount of which is specified at the time of booking.
1.2. Payment may be made by the means of payment accepted by the owner.
1.3. The balance of the total rental amount must be paid by the tenant at the latest before arrival in the property.
1.4. The tenant is required to pay a deposit to the owner before arrival in the property. The amount of the deposit and the repayment terms will be informed to the tenant before his return to the accommodation.
1.5. The tenant undertakes to occupy the property responsibly and not to sublet it or lend it to third parties without the written consent of the owner.
1.6. Respect the housing capacity.
1.7. Be insured against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage and the recourse of neighbors.
1.8. Refrain from throwing into washbasins, bathtubs, bidets, sinks, toilets, objects likely to obstruct the pipes otherwise he will be liable for the costs incurred for the reactivation of this equipment.
1.9. Make any facility claim within 48 hours of entering the dwelling. Otherwise, it cannot be admitted.
2.0. Notify the landlord as soon as possible of any damage to the home, furniture or its equipment. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental, will be the responsibility of the tenant.
2.1. Authorize the owner or any third party authorized by him for this purpose, to perform, during the rental period, any repair ordered by the emergency. The tenant will not be able to claim any rent reduction in the event that urgent repairs incumbent on the owner appear during the rental.
2.2. The rental period will be specified at the time of booking. The tenant must leave the property on the agreed date and time (16H minimum for entrances and 10H maximum for departures).
2.3. The tenant undertakes to keep the property in good condition and to report any damage or problem to the owner as soon as he knows it.
2.4. The owner cannot be held liable for injury, loss or damage to property suffered by the tenant or his guests during the rental period.
2.5. Unless otherwise agreed, pets are not allowed in the property. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
2.6. The tenant agrees to respect the rules of the co-ownership and not to disturb the tranquility of the neighbors.
2.7. The owner reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale. Changes will be communicated to the tenant before booking.
