➡️ We would like to inform you that the air conditioner(s) in the bedrooms are not intended or designed to run 24/7 at the lowest setting possible and/or to cool the entire unit when leaving all doors open! This shortens the lifespan, harms the environment and also unnecessarily increases electricity costs. The rental price therefore only includes a limited average electricity consumption in order to still pass on our low rental prices to guests which use less or no a/c. Please read the house rules for additional costs for extra consumption!
✅ If you let us know at least 3 days before your arrival, our cleaning staff will be happy to purchase any items you would like from the supermarket (e.g., drinks, snacks, etc.) and place them in your unit along with the bill. As noted in the amenities list, we do not provide anymore any drinking water, coffee, salt, pepper etc. as such items in "open containers" have been criticized too often as unhygienic by previous guests.
✅ On request we can arrange airport pickup for US$ 35.- (until 3 guest, more U$ 40.-) with our trusted driver. He can also assist with your check-in if you want!
