◆The bathrooms, washrooms, toilets and kitchens are functional and up-to-date, so you can spend a comfortable stay. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning and heating (6 air-conditioners and 2 fan heaters), so you can spend a comfortable stay in summer or winter.
◆There are two single beds in the bedroom, and up to eight people can sleep on futons in the Japanese-style room.
◆This house does not provide meals. Please feel free to enjoy cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a microwave, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, and electric kettle. We also provide basic seasonings, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and tableware. The taste of bread baked in the Panasonic "Bistro" oven toaster is exceptional. The state-of-the-art system kitchen features a built-in IH cooktop with a fish grill and a dishwasher. The sink also has a water purifier.
◆We also provide a portable gas stove (with gas canisters), a grill plate, a hot plate, a pot for dishes such as shabu-shabu or mizutaki, and a sukiyaki pot. Please feel free to buy your favorite ingredients and enjoy cooking together.
◆Free washing machine and gas dryer are provided. Three air purifiers are also installed and free high-speed Wi-Fi (334 Mbps) is available.
◆Bath towels, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush set, hairbrush, shower cap, razor, hairdryer, tissues, slippers and bedding (down quilt) are provided. (*Yukata, etc. are not provided.)
◆There are two parking spaces behind the main building for standard-sized cars. For large vehicles or the third car or more, please use the large parking lot a 2-minute walk away.
◆You can enjoy a BBQ on the covered terrace. The BBQ set rental fee is 3,300 yen (tax included, with charcoal). If you would like to use it, please contact the host in advance.
◆The spacious attic room (about 28 tatami mats in size) is available for your use free of charge. It features a planetarium, a hammock, a leg massager, yoga mats, and retro Japanese toys for children.
<House rules>
・Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, check-out is 11:00.
・Hosts are stationed in the separate house on the same premises. The host will give you the house key directly at check-in.
・The neighbourhood is a residential area. Please be quiet at night.
・Smoking is not permitted in the house. Please bring your own portable ashtray and smoke outside the premises.
・Pets are not allowed.
※If there are people using the room for day trips, an additional fee will be charged. Please ask the host for details.
※There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance of the site. The nearest convenience store or supermarket is a 10-minute drive away.
