The departure time is at 12 noon. Check-in time is from 3 p.m. Until 9 PM. All our guests must be registered at reception.
-Access to the rooms is not allowed to visitors not registered at the reception.
-If there is an extra person in the room, the value of the occupancy will be charged to the client's account.
-If you wish to extend your stay, please contact reception 12 hours in advance.
-If you have any valuables (jewelry, money, personal computers, passports, tickets, etc.) please use our safe deposit box service.
-Aktun Bacalar is NOT responsible for personal losses caused in the rooms. No smoking in the rooms with the exception of outdoor areas.
-Playing musical instruments, loud radios or televisions, or loud parties is prohibited. Pets or ice baskets are not allowed in the rooms.
-Other than designated suites, cooking is not allowed in rooms or balconies.
-Any damage caused by guests to hotel property will be paid for by the guest.
-The administration reserves the right to terminate the hosting contract if any of the above regulations is violated.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of at least 50% of the total reservation or a credit card number is required.
The deposit guarantees the confirmation of your reservation.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS OF HOTEL ROOMS

CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you need to cancel your reservation, please take into consideration our formalities: Cancellations before 72 hours 100% refund in favor of the client, Cancellations

between 72 to 24 hours are billed 50% of the value of one night's stay, Cancellations between 24 hours and 0 hours are billed 100% of the value of one night's stay.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
Reservations must be canceled by phone: +51 983 211 9454 or via e-mail: aktunbacalar@gmail.com, to the hotel directly. In either case, please obtain, record, and retain a cancellation number for your records. This is your insurance against incorrect billing.

Se podrá hacer una cancelación gratuita siempre que se notifique la cancelacion con 72 o mas horas de antelacion antes la hora de check in en el día de check in.
Si la cancelación se solicita con menos de 72 horas de antelación cobrará la primera noche + impuestos.
