Cancellation Policy: Non-Refundable Rate
This is the hotel's most competitive rate and is subject to strict conditions:
Prepayment: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, modification, or a "No-Show," no refund will be issued.
Flexibility: This rate is non-transferable to other dates or other guests. If the guest does not arrive, the reservation is considered cancelled without the right to a refund or future credit.

○ Any special request is subject to availability and extra charges may apply. ○ Check-in starts at 03:00 PM | Check-out ends at 11:00 AM.
○ There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms. ○ Full payment must be made before check-in or upon arrival at the hotel. If it is in dollars, it will be taken at the exchange rate of the day. ○ Visits from unregistered people are not accepted. ○ It is necessary to present an official ID for each guest during check-in. ○ Do not smoke in the rooms. Ilegal our dangerous substances are not allowed in the hotel. ○ Do not make excessive noise after 11 PM. ○ Keep electronic devices turned off when you are not in your room as a fan or A/C. ○ Guests are responsible for any damage they may accidentally cause within the facilities or furniture. ○ The guests are responsible for their valuables. ○ Pets are NOT allowed.
○ The hotel is not responsible for forgotten valuables.
