The space
Modern one-bedroom flat designed to comfortably accommodate two adults and a child. Larimar residential complex is located on the first line, 5 minutes walk from the beach. The flat is on the 7th floor. Excellent sea view. Fully air-conditioned, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Large terrace. The house is located near the pedestrian promenade. Every year the beaches of Calpe receive the "Blue Flag". Everything is within walking distance – supermarket 5 minutes walk, bus stop, cafes and restaurants along the seafront. Swimming pool on the closed territory of the house. Concierge. WiFi internet (fibre optic) is included in the rent. Own parking space in the residential complex. Calpe harbour with its famous fish restaurants is a 5-minute walk away. There is a pedestrian promenade along the entire beach with cafes, restaurants and shops.
These apartments are also ideal in winter, as during these months the sunlight comes directly into the living room and bedroom through panoramic glazing, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere for a comfortable holiday.
Guest access
In the apartment there is one bedroom, a terrace and a living room with a panoramic sea view and with a table and 4 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen.
If you need to smoke, please do it on the terrace. Don’t throw cigarette butts and other sorts of rubbish from the apartment’s windows and the terrace. You’ll find an ashtray in one of the kitchen’s cupboards.
Observe silence not only inside the apartment but also in the building and within the residential area.

For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered a tourist accommodation – a tourist contract.
For stays longer than 10 days, the property will be considered a seasonal rental pursuant to Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
