Cancellation Policy:

*Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made within 14 days of your check-in date.

30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 0%
14 to 8 days prior to check-in: 30%
7 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50%
1 day prior, on the day of check-in, or no-show: 100%

*For reservations with multiple rooms, if all or some rooms are cancelled, the cancellation fees indicated in the table above will apply to all cancelled rooms.
*For consecutive night reservations, if all or some nights are cancelled, the cancellation fees indicated in the table above will apply to all cancelled nights.
*When refunding any advance payments after a cancellation, please note that a bank transfer fee will be deducted.
*If you change your check-in date within 14 days of your original check-in date, the cancellation fees indicated in the table above will apply.
*If you change your reserved room within 14 days of your check-in date, cancellation fees indicated in the table above may be applied to the difference in accommodation fees between the original and new rooms.
*For reservations pre-paid online via credit card, the above cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

Vihara S+ Usage Guidelines:
*Our cottages operate on the principle of mutual respect and good manners from our guests, which also influences our service and pricing. Should your usage deviate significantly from standard practices, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund of any fees.
*In the event of damage to the building, facilities, fixtures, or equipment, or permanent stains incurred during your stay, the registered guest who made the reservation will be charged the actual cost for repairs, restoration, and a cleaning service fee.
*Hair dyeing is prohibited. If hair dyeing is discovered, you will be charged the actual cost for restoration and a cleaning service fee.
*Smoking is prohibited indoors. If indoor smoking is discovered, you will be charged the actual cost for deodorization, wallpaper restoration, and a cleaning service fee at a later date.
*Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to stay alone.
*Pets are not allowed inside.
*If a pet is found to have entered the premises, you will be charged the actual cost for deodorization, wallpaper restoration, and a cleaning service fee at a later date.
*Please refrain from making excessive noise at any time of day or night, and avoid any actions that may disturb neighbors.
*Please exercise extreme caution with fire hazards when leaving the cottage or going to sleep.
*Fireworks (including firecrackers and other noisy items) are prohibited by local ordinance in this cottage area. Please use handheld fireworks only at the beach.
*After using cooking utensils and dishes, please wash them.
*Please do not take out any amenities or consumables. In case of damage or loss, please report it.
*Please separate your trash into two categories: "Burnable & Plastics" and "Non-burnable, Cans, Bottles, & PET bottles."
*Please do not bring gas stoves or hot plates into the cottage.
*Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Our staff will enter for cleaning after this time.
*We are not responsible for any accidents caused by your own negligence or any incidents or troubles resulting from not adhering to these terms and conditions.
*If any loss, damage, or significant soiling of facility amenities is discovered, you will be charged for the restoration costs at a later date. (Please also refrain from taking bath towels with you.)
*If any guests other than those declared are found to have stayed, a charge of ¥15,000 per person will be billed to the reservation holder.

Smoking & Pets:
*Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside our rental villas and cottages.
*If smoking or a pet's presence is discovered, you will be charged a cleaning service fee covering deodorization and wallpaper restoration at a later date.
*If it is suspected that smoking or a pet was present after your departure (e.g., strong odors, pet hair found), you will be charged the actual costs for house cleaning, replacement of bedding and amenities, and compensation for any guests who suffer damages.

Check-in:
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. There are no restrictions on the final check-in time.
This facility uses an automated check-in system.
Please proceed directly to your cottage according to the guidance email sent after your reservation is complete. No reception procedures are required.
Please note that early check-in is not available (we also cannot hold luggage or food/drinks). We appreciate your understanding.
Also, same-day reservations are not accepted. Please make your reservation by 12:00 AM the day before your intended stay.
Accommodation fees are to be paid online in advance at the time of reservation.
If you wish to use additional options, we will provide separate guidance.

Check-out:
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
This facility uses an automated check-out system.
Please ensure you complete your check-out by 10:00 AM according to the guidance email sent after check-in.
Please note that additional charges may apply if you exceed this time.

Upon check-out, please return all items used indoors to their original positions and sort your trash into the following two categories:

Non-burnable, Cans, Bottles, & PET bottles
At this facility, we conduct thorough cleaning and amenity checks for the comfort of our next guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that in cases of unauthorized entry exceeding the maximum occupancy, unapproved pet entry, or damage, loss, or significant soiling of the building or amenities, the registered guest will be charged the actual costs for repairs and cleaning.
