【Check-in / Check-out】
・Check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
・We are unable to accommodate arrivals after 10:00 PM.
・Luggage storage is available from 12:00 PM.
・Check-out: 10:00 AM

【Changes to the Number of Guests】
Please note that our rates are based on the number of guests, not per villa.
Even within the maximum occupancy, the accommodation fee varies depending on the number of guests staying.

If there are any changes to the number of guests, please inform us by the day before check-in.
Additional charges also apply to visitors who are not staying overnight (such as BBQ-only guests).

【Payment for Additional Charges】
All additional charges must be paid by credit card.

【If the Number of Guests Differs from the Reservation】
If the actual number of guests differs from the reservation details,
we will charge the additional guest fee as well as a penalty fee equivalent to 1.5 times the total accommodation fee.

【Noise】
Our villa is located in a quiet area where outdoor sounds may easily carry.
Please be especially mindful of noise after 8:00 PM out of consideration for our neighbors.

Please refrain from the following:

・Playing loud music through speakers
・Loud conversations or shouting outdoors

Depending on the situation, we may request a security deposit or ask guests to leave the property.
Normal conversations and reasonable speaker use are acceptable.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone may enjoy a comfortable stay.

【Sauna】
・Please note that it takes approximately 1 hour for the sauna to fully heat up after turning on the power.
・Swimwear is recommended while using the sauna.
・Please stay hydrated and avoid sauna use after excessive alcohol consumption.
・We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries related to sauna use.

【Pool & Jacuzzi】
・Please wear swimwear when using the pool and jacuzzi.

・Eating and drinking inside the pool or jacuzzi is prohibited.

・Please remove all sand before entering the villa, pool, or jacuzzi.

・If the pool water is excessively contaminated, additional cleaning and water replacement fees may apply.

【Shopping Information】
・Convenience store: approximately 1 minute by car
・Supermarket: approximately 5 minutes by car

(Business hours may change depending on the store. Please check directly with each store or ask our staff for assistance.)

【About Your Stay】
・Our staff will assist you during check-in.
Staff members are also located nearby during your stay should you need any assistance.

・There is parking space for 1 vehicle on the property.
As the slope is steep, guests who prefer not to use the on-site parking are kindly asked to use nearby coin parking facilities.

・There is a railway next to the property, and the Enoden train passes nearby.
Train sounds may be heard depending on the time of day.

・Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

・Pets are not allowed.

・We will dispose of garbage for you.
Please cooperate with garbage separation.

・Amenities such as toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, slippers, and ladies’ amenity sets may be taken home.
Additional charges may apply if other items are taken from the villa.

・On windy days, please bring all outdoor items back inside the villa.

・As the villa is surrounded by nature, insects and small animals may occasionally appear.
While we take preventive measures, it may not be possible to completely avoid them. Thank you for your understanding.

・Guests may be charged for any damage or excessive stains caused to the property or its furnishings.

・We are not responsible for natural disasters, accidents, injuries, theft, or any other incidents during your stay.

・If these house rules are violated, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately.

・No refunds will be provided for payments already made.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Deposit
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

For your stay, we require a security deposit of ¥50,000 to help protect the property.
Provided there is no damage or excessive soiling to the villa or its furnishings, the full amount will be refunded after check-out.
