Bungalows are available from 4:00 PM and must be vacated by noon.

The reception is open 7 days a week, and check-ins are possible until 10:00 PM.

The indoor parking is reserved for tenants, and one parking spot per bungalow is available free of charge.

Any additional vehicle requires prior authorization.

Cots and high chairs are subject to availability.

No extra beds can be installed.

Parties/events are not allowed, and tenants must avoid making noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The tenant commits to returning the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness as found upon arrival.

Any missing or damaged items will be charged for repair or replacement.

No personal items can be covered by the "Gîte Bois Cannelle" owners' insurance.

The use of the pool is exclusively reserved for tenants unless prior authorization is given. Usage hours are flexible, provided that the peace and well-being of all tenants are respected.

The spa area can be used between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Children are under the strict responsibility of their parents.

The rental cannot in any case benefit third parties other than those declared in the rental agreement. Likewise, the number of tenants cannot exceed the one agreed upon in the rental without prior approval.

Insurance:

The Seller has taken out a Professional Multi-Risk Insurance policy No. 197115251 S 001 with Maaf.

Any Contract concluded between the Seller and the Client is subject to French law, including regarding the definition of jurisdictional competences.

Payment Obligation:

Any online reservation implies an obligation to pay a deposit of 25% by the buyer. A reservation is considered firm and final, and the contract is formed upon payment of the deposit.

Cancellation:

Any reservation can be canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date at the Gîte. The deposit will be fully refunded if paid by bank transfer or in cash. Otherwise, it will be refunded after deducting 3% of its amount if paid by card or PayPal to cover transaction fees. Beyond these 30 days, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with Article L.221-28-12° of the Consumer Code: the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal when contracting remotely.

Mediation

Gîte Bois-Cannelle is registered on the European platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L.612.2 of the Consumer Code, has the option to initiate a request for amicable dispute resolution through mediation, within a period of less than one year from the date of their written complaint to the professional.

This establishment has designated, through registered membership under the number 51647/VM/2310/49, the SAS Médiation Solution as the consumer mediation entity.

The seller commits not to use the contact details provided by the client for commercial prospecting purposes. The client also has the option to register on the "Do Not Call" list (especially through the website www.bloctel.fr) in accordance with Article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code.
