＊50% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 5 day prior to your reservation date. ＊70 % fare of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 3 day prior to your reservation date. ＊100 % fare of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 2 day prior to your reservation date.
Group booking (more than 6 people) 50% 3 day prior to your reservation date. cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 7days prior to your reservation date, and other than that it is the same as above.

It’s possible to make a reservation in 6 months.

The final check-in time on the day is until 20 o’clock. Please inform us when your time passes.

Basically, we do not accept drop off luggage before check-in. If you need it however, please contact us. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Just 10min to Zenkoji temple. Convenience store (Seven-Eleven) is just around the conner. Super market is 5min by walk!!!! From Nagano Station (by walk) It takes 15min by walk from JR Nagano station (Zenko-ji exit). Go up the Chuo street (Omotesando station) towards Zenkoji, and when you have walked past the Central Square parking you will see a bakery on your right. Our guesthouse is located just before the bakery. From Nagano Station (by bus) Catch the bus going to Zenkoji, departing from terminal 1(Zenkoji Exit), and get off at Gondo-Iriguchi stop (5 stops from Nagano station). After crossing the the street, walk towards Zenkoji and you will see our guesthouse on your right. We do not have a parking space for cars; please use a coin parking nearby.
