2. Reservations and Payment
Booking Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed via our website, email, or by phone. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

Deposit: A security deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges. This deposit will be refunded at check-out, subject to inspection of the room and common areas.

Check-In: From 5:00 PM onward. Guests must provide a valid photo identification and proof of booking upon arrival.
Check-Out: By 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Modifications: Guests may cancel or modify their reservation up to 10 days prior to the scheduled check-in time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance may incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay or the full amount in case of a no-show, as specified at the time of booking.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to our cancellation policy.

5. Guest Conduct and House Rules
Respect for Others: All guests are expected to respect the comfort, privacy, and belongings of fellow travelers. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for keeping their personal spaces tidy. Please use the designated bins for waste and recycling.
