Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival, except in certain cases.

General Policy of the Tourist Apartment

**Payments:**

The total amount of the reservation must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.

**Tourist tax:**

A tourist tax of €1.10 per person per night will be applied, to be paid upon check-in.
Exempt: Children under 16 years old (or according to current regulations).

**Security deposit:**

A €30 security deposit is required, which will be refunded after check-out, once it has been verified that there is no damage to the property or breach of the rules.

**Coexistence rules:**

Noise: Noise is prohibited between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., in compliance with the rules of coexistence and rest of the neighborhood.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Events: Events and parties are not allowed in the apartment.
Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in: From 17:00.
Check-out: Before 11:00.

**Other considerations:**

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the loss of the deposit or immediate cancellation of the stay without the right to a refund.

Pool (seasonal only): The pool is open during July and August. However, depending on the weather, it may also be open between June and September. We recommend checking in advance to see if it will be available during your stay.
