1. The room is not air-conditioned, but is equipped with a powerful, silent fan.

2. -> We have had problems with neighbors due to abuse by some of our travelers.

We are therefore adamant about the following rules.

It is forbidden to :
- make noise in common areas
- have parties in the apartment
- invite guests not included in the reservation (we have a tolerance on this point as long as it is reasonable and does not cause a nuisance)
- Loud talking on the balcony after 10pm and until 8am.

If you do not wish to respect these rules and do not wish to have "normal" use of the premises, please do not book.
(Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in the termination of your stay without refund).
In order to guarantee peace and quiet in the building, we would like to inform you that we have installed a Minut box (approved by Airbnb) in the apartment.
This box detects only the decibels in the apartment and the passageway. We are therefore informed in real time of any nuisance.
This sensor also detects cigarette smoke.

3. you have two hours in which to notify us of any damage to furniture or objects
or damage of any kind

4. It is imperative that you double-lock the landing door when you leave the apartment.

5. Finally, if you are coming by car, please do not park your car in a space that might disturb your neighbors (in front of the gate or in the driveway), even for 3 minutes, the time it takes to pick up the parking beeper or drop it off again.

For your information, the parking lot can accommodate vehicles up to 2 meters high.
