HOUSE RULES: no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property; no pets without prior approval; quiet hours 11 PM to 8 AM; no parties or events without written approval; only registered guests may stay overnight; and I am responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. CANCELLATION: free up to 5 days before check-in; within 5 days, the first night plus 50% of the remaining nights is charged; bookings made 7 or more days before check-in may be cancelled free within 24 hours of booking.
