Discover cosy hotel accommodations ideal for a delightful getaway in the scenic East Neuk of Fife. Our range of rooms caters to various needs, featuring double and twin options that comfortably accommodate up to two guests and family rooms for families of three to four.

Each room includes a delicious breakfast to kickstart your day. We also warmly welcome furry friends, so feel free to bring your dogs along for the adventure.

While our charming location offers an array of nearby attractions, and the Estate offers plenty of outdoor space, please note that the rooms do not provide views. Most rooms come equipped with modern showers for your convenience, while a few offer the option of a shower over a bath.

Rooms are available from 3 p.m., and departure is by 11 a.m. You are welcome to arrive on the estate earlier or depart later, taking full advantage of the inclusive leisure facilities. Please keep in mind that our facilities are not suitable for those with disabilities.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

Standard Booking Terms (Applies to bookings of up to 2 consecutive nights and 2 rooms or less)

Card details are required to confirm the booking.
Full payment will be collected 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made before payment is collected will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full amount.

Multi-Night Stay or Multi-Room Terms (Applies to stays of 3 consecutive nights or more, or bookings of 3 or more rooms)

A 35% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required upon booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically collected 30 days before the arrival date.
Once the full balance is paid, the booking becomes entirely non-refundable and non-transferable.

Important to Note

If we are unable to collect payment due to insufficient funds or an invalid card, we will send an email with a payment link.
If payment is not made within 7 days of the due date, the booking will be cancelled.
Please contact us before the booking is cancelled if you encounter any issues with payment.

Travel Insurance

We recommend all guests consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may prevent travel.
As bookings are non-refundable, we cannot make exceptions to our policies.
We do not offer or endorse any travel insurance providers and cannot make recommendations.
