This is great for snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, floating and just a few steps away from your Town House. The House is completely renovated and has a new kitchen, furnitures as well as bathrooms and Patio. The Villa is very central and you will find a few Restaurants and Grocery in walking distance.

BATHROOMS: There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 half bathroom downstairs for guests. We provide a first-day welcome kit which includes fresh bed sheets, one paper towel roll, two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 shower towels per guest, 2 hand towels per guest, 2 face washcloths per guest, a hairdryer and a few trash bags.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (silverware, plates, glassware, pots & pans) and has a full line of appliances (blender and drip coffee maker are included). The indoor dining area has seating for 3 guests. There is an outdoor dining area for 6 guests.
OUTDOOR SPACE: There is a breathtaking view of the turquoise waters of the Bahamian sea. The community enjoys private beach access that is shared between different units along with the community pool.

Neighborhood Overview
The home is located in a private, gated community on West Bay Street that comprises 15 individual family homes. The community is quiet and perfect for those looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle.The community also enjoys private beach access that is accessible via a large staircase. Please note that this is a natural beach which can be sandy or rocky depending on the time of year you visit. Beach is accessible year round. However, don't let the tranquility of the place fool you, the home sits in the center of Cable Beach and is surrounded by countless restaurants, beaches and stores including grocery and liquor stores.
Getting Around
The majority of stores and restaurants are within walking distance and many of our guests do not have a rental car for the entirety of their stay. Most guests rent a car for one or two days to explore the island and spend the remainder of their vacation walking or riding the number 10 bus which stops right in front of the home. The Bahamas does not use bus stations, instead, buses are hailed like a taxi cab from the side of the road. With approximately 2 dollars per fare, using the buses is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to navigate the island. However, it is important to note that buses only run from dusk till dawn.
Shuttles & Rental Cars:
We offer airport and city shuttles for our guests at an additional charge. We also offer discounted rental cars for those looking to get their own set of wheels. There are also rental cars available at the airport. Please note that availability is based on a first come first serve basis and we recommend booking in advance.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement applies to this listing and you may be asked to read and sign with the agreement.
To abide by all legal requirements and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass your info through our verification portal. We will also ask for a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
>You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
>You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
>You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal and paid the refundable security deposit.
Payment: Chime, eCheck, Cash App, Venmo or any pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.
Fees:
a. Security Deposit: At the time of check-in we will charge your card with a refundable security deposit in the amount of $500 to cover any accidental damages
b. Extra Guest Fee: The nightly rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest will be subject to an added nightly fee. This charge is reflected under service fees and is non-refundable. All guests arriving at the property must be listed in your original booking. If you wish to add any additional guests to your booking please contact us before your arrival. All unlisted guests that arrive at the property after booking who are not included in the original reservation will be subject to an additional $50 nightly fee per person.
