・ You can make reservation for 4 persons.
・ Check-in time is 3pm -7pm.
    (7pm – 9pm available with an extra charge of 1,000 yen per room)
・ Check-out time is until 11am.

・If it’s before check-in, we can store your luggage from 10am.

　After check-out, we can keep them until 5pm.

　We can store your luggage during the above hours, so please ask our staff.

※For cancellations 31 or more days prior to the reserved date, no cancellation fee is to be charged.

※For cancellations 30 or less days prior to the reserved date, including no-shows, 10% of the room rate will be charged.

※For cancellations 15 or less days prior to the reserved date, including no-shows, 50% of the room rate will be charged.

※For cancellations 7 or less days prior to the reserved date, including no-shows, 100% of the room rate will be charged.


※If you do not arrive by 9pm on the day of check-in, all of your reservations will be canceled.

※Changing your reservation date is considered to be the same as cancellation.

※We do not accept cancel/change requests by phone.
