Discover our charming flat, La Petite Cigale, nestled in the heart of the city centre. Occupying the 2nd floor of a historic building dating from 1850 and with no lift, this haven of peace covers an area of 50 m².

**Parking:** To make your stay even more convenient and enjoyable, we offer you the possibility of reserving one of our secure parking spaces. You'll no longer have to worry about finding parking in our lively neighbourhood.

**Office space:** In the back bedroom, an office space has been set up to allow you to work or hold video meetings in total peace and quiet. Take advantage of the 527 Mbps fibre connection.

**Living room, kitchen:**

The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a 55-inch connected TV and an elegant round solid wood table.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, waste separation bin, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and hoover.

The middle bedroom has a 140x190 bed, with blinds to separate it from the living room and kitchen.

The back bedroom has a 140x200 bed, a desk area, a large wardrobe and a window. It has access to the bathroom.

The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, walk-in shower and window.

Heating is provided by 4 electric radiators, including a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Two plaids are available to warm you up in front of the television, and three fans are available for summer days.
