* When you book with us, you pay the total amount of your stay to confirm the reservation. Tourist tax must be paid on site

* Cancellation is possible up to 45 days before arrival, after that we charge 20% of the total amount

* If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, we will charge the total amount

* For refunds, we always charge a 5% transaction fee

* We assume that everyone behaves decently and is considerate of others

* Check-in 16:00 -> 19:00 - Arrival outside these hours is not possible

* Check-out 08:30 -> 11:00

* We kindly request everyone to refrain from being noisy on our premises between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

* The maximum length for motorhomes and caravans is 6.5 metres, including drawbars and bicycle carriers.

* Discharging a chemical toilet or waste water is not possible at our campsite

* Our property does not have facilities for children, a playground or sports field

* Cover as little grass as possible with a groundsheet

* Smoking is prohibited on the entire property

* We try to limit traffic on our premises as much as possible. Therefore, we ask our guests to park their cars outside on the street.

* The pool is a non-heated outdoor pool. It´s open from May through September from 8:30 till 19:30.
