Perfect for guests who are working at Grangemouth or are looking for a perfect base to explore Central Scotland.

The first-floor property has two good-sized bedrooms. In one bedroom, guests can choose whether to have two single beds or a large super-king bed. The other bedroom is permanently set up as two single beds. Please let us know at the time of booking your preference for bed set up. If we do not hear from you the default will be one super king and 2 singles.

There is a large, light sitting room with a dining table and Smart TV with Virgin 200mps Wi-Fi. The sitting room has recently benefitted from new Ikea sofas (October 23) and new dining table and chairs (August 23). 

The kitchen is well equipped  with oven, stove top, microwave, coffee machine (filter) and washing machine. (no dishwasher - sorry)  and there is a newly refurbished shower room too (Spring 2024). 

Guests have access to the rear garden for drying clothes or having a BBQ.
