This comfortable two-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate 4-5 adults for incredible holidays. You’ll be able to enjoy the sea and city views. A garage and high-speed Wi-Fi Internet (fibre optic) is included in the price.

Overlooking the sea and the tranquil town of Calpe, the apartment is situated on the 5th floor of the beachfront residential complex PEÑAL. There is air conditioning in all the rooms. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and two large terraces.

The building is located 5 minutes from the promenade, which stretches along the main sandy beach, La Fossa. Every year, the beaches of Calpe are awarded the Blue Flag. Everything is within walking distance: the supermarket (3 min), the bus station, as well as plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés.

The swimming pool is situated in the private residential area. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet (fibre optic) is included in the price. You’ll also have your own garage on the complex territory. 

The town port with its famous fish restaurants is a 15-minute walk away. All along the beach, there is a promenade where you can find a wide variety of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops.

For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered a tourist accommodation and a tourist contract will apply.
For stays of more than 10 days, the property will be considered a seasonal rental pursuant to Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
