Recharge in this tranquil and stylish space. A modern, comfortable one-bedroom apartment designed for a comfortable stay of two adults and a child. The high floor offers beautiful sea views. A large communal pool, underground parking and Wi-Fi Internet (fiber optic) are included in the rental price.

The Entremares residential complex is located on the beachfront, just 5 minutes’ walk from the sea. The apartment is on the 5th floor. It is fully air-conditioned, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace. The building is next to the pedestrian promenade. Calpe’s beaches receive the Blue Flag every year. Everything is within walking distance: supermarket (5 min), bus stop, cafés and restaurants. The pool is located on the gated grounds of the complex. There is a concierge service. The apartment was fully renovated in 2024.

Calpe’s harbour with its famous seafood restaurants is just a 15-minute walk away. The beach promenade stretches along the entire coastline, lined with restaurants, shops and cafés. This apartment is also ideal for winter stays, as the sun shines directly into the living room and bedroom through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.
