It is fully air-conditioned, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace. The building is next to the pedestrian promenade. Calpe’s beaches receive the Blue Flag every year. Everything is within walking distance: supermarket (5 min), bus stop, cafés and restaurants. The pool is located on the gated grounds of the complex. There is a concierge service. The apartment was fully renovated in 2024.

Calpe’s harbour with its famous seafood restaurants is just a 15-minute walk away. The beach promenade stretches along the entire coastline, lined with restaurants, shops and cafés. This apartment is also ideal for winter stays, as the sun shines directly into the living room and bedroom through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered tourist accommodation – a tourist contract applies.
For stays longer than 10 days, the property will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana. A seasonal rental contract must be signed.
