The Esmeralda Suites residential complex is situated on the second line, just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace. The building is only 5 minutes away from the beachfront promenade. Calpe’s beaches receive the Blue Flag every year. Everything is within walking distance – a supermarket (2 min), a bus station, and numerous cafés and restaurants along the promenade. The swimming pool is located in the private residential area. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2023.

The town port with its famous fish restaurants is just a 15-minute walk away. Along the entire beach stretches a beautiful promenade with a variety of cafés, restaurants, and shops. This apartment is also perfect for winter stays: during colder months, the sunlight streams directly into the living room and bedroom through the large panoramic windows, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.
