By Thai law, all guests are required to provide a copy of their passport upon check-in.

Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the building or units.
Smoking: Smoking is permitted only on the balcony or outside the building.

(Extra cleaning can be arranged for 1,000 THB per time.)

We want you to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Free Electricity is 25 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if you let the aircon run with open doors, you will use more, and then we will charge you 7 baht per Kwh.
A damage deposit of THB 10,000 is also required and returned when leaving.
