Perfect location at the top of the Royal Mile, just below the castle. Tastefully decorated. Great place to relax and enjoy Edinburgh's atmosphere. 

The apartment is situated on the second floor, with 44 steps to the flat door. It is elegantly furnished and prepared to the highest standards, with a NEW mattress and sofa installed in MAY 2026. The lounge is classic and stylish with a plasma TV and a comfortable sofa. The modern open-space kitchen includes all cooking utensils, a microwave, fridge, stove, and coffee machine; pots and pans are supplied as well.  

The bedroom is bright and airy with a clothes rack available, and the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. The flat has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient heating system. In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.

Due to the age of the pipework (and shower drain) some guests may find the shower slow draining. The drain cover seems to also restrict the flow and flow can be increased by lifting this but, please be aware the sides are sharp and we cannot be held responsible for any cuts.
