We handle reservation cancellations based on the following policy.

◆Cancellation Fees
Up to 61 days before the check-in date: Free of charge
Less than 60 days before the check-in date: 100% of the accommodation fee
No-show (failure to arrive without notice): 100% of the accommodation fee

◆Changes to Reservations
If you wish to change your check-in date or the number of guests, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, depending on the changes, it may be considered a cancellation, so please contact us as soon as possible.
