Located less than 100 meters from the center of Châteauneuf du Pape, you can easily discover our beautiful village on foot.
The house is very well equipped, tastefully renovated and fully air-conditioned with a heat pump hot/cold. Quality materials with wrought iron, pergola and small fenced garden of 80m² with an above ground pool reserved only for you. Possibility to park 2 cars.
