Arrival possible on any day of the week. Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00, check-out before 10:00.


Prices are quoted per night up to maximum occupancy. Prices include cleaning on departure, linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, and internet. Prices include TVA.

Pets as well as parties are not allowed.

Payment: A 25% down payment of the total price is due, via bank transfer or PayPal, on confirmation of the reservation. The balance of the total price is due at latest 8 weeks prior to arrival and is also payable by bank transfer or PayPal. If the period between booking and arrival is less than 8 weeks, the total price must be paid immediately. 

Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date the booking can be cancelled with no additional costs. Down payments made will be refunded. Between 8 and 4 weeks, prior to the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee is payable on cancellation. If the stay is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, no refunds will be given.
