No noise between 10 pm and 8 am.

No noisy noise, even during the day, is prohibited.

The accommodation must be left clean, the dishwasher and trash cans must be emptied before departure, and dishes must be put away.

Pets are not allowed.

A high chair and/or travel cot with mattress can be provided upon request at least 24 hours before arrival and subject to availability. A €15 supplement.

A security deposit in the form of a bank loan of €300 will be required upon arrival.

We reserve the right to charge for repairs if the accommodation is damaged.

The accommodation is non-smoking.

All stays imply acceptance of the house rules.

Non refundable
You will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation if you cancel your reservation. If you do not show up at the property, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Standard 30 days
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. You will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation if you cancel within 30 days of arrival. If you do not show up at the property, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Flexible 3 days
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. You will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation if you cancel less than 3 days before arrival. If you do not show up at the property, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
