Our neighbours kindly help with gardening and cleaning, so we operate with great respect for the local community. Please do not make reservations for parties or any gatherings that assume loud noise. Serious complaints could force us to suspend all rentals. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

・Check-out: By 11:00

Early check-in / late check-out are not available.

If you overstay, cleaners may enter.

Key Points

・Follow the House Rules (URL sent after booking). This is not a hotel—treat the house as your own and keep it clean.

・We run an unmanned property. Staff visit frequently from a nearby office, but check-in is fully self-service.

No mid-stay cleaning. Please wash linens and towels yourself in the washing machine.

Noise

The house is in a quiet villa area. Keep noise very low between 21:00 – 08:00.

To avoid neighbour issues, do not use the BBQ, outside sauna, or cold plunge after 21:00.

・Smoking indoors, on balconies, or nearby; littering cigarette butts

・Taking pets into pet-restricted areas

・Excessive soiling

・Damaging, breaking, or removing property (replacement costs charged)

Living with Nature

We are in leafy Hakone. Insects (ants, mantises, moths, etc.) and wildlife (boars, civets, monkeys, snakes, geckos) are present year-round.

Do not approach or provoke wildlife.

Despite careful cleaning and pest control, insects may still enter. If you are extremely sensitive to insects, this property may not suit you.

A security camera is installed at the entrance for guest safety.

During snowfall forecasts, calcium chloride is spread in the car park to prevent ice.
