Payment: A 25% down payment is due, via bank transfer, on confirmation of the reservation. The balance of the rental is due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival and is also payable by bank transfer. 
Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date the booking can be cancelled with no additional costs. Between 8 and 4 weeks, prior to the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee is payable on cancellation. If the stay is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, no refunds will be given.
