It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal:
A/. by the tenant:
• more than 30 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will be reimbursed,
• less than 30 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will also pay the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, on the basis of a penalty clause.
B/. by the landlord:
• within seven days of the withdrawal, he is required to pay the tenant twice the amount of the deposit.

We remind you of some rules concerning this establishment:

 It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the accommodation out of respect for future tenants. Any smell of smoke will trigger the intervention of a deodorization service. Your deposit will NOT be returned.

 We ask you not to make too much noise during your stay as a courtesy so as not to disturb the neighbors.

 When you leave, we ask you to leave the apartment as you found it. The dishes and the fridge must be clean and the bins taken out.

“Selective sorting is a simple gesture to save the planet. The garbage room is located just in front of the building door.

- Green Bin: The glass must be cleaned and the jar lids must not be put in it. So remember to run some water over your jars
- Yellow bin: Plastic, cardboard boxes, cans, cans
- Blue Bin: We put paper, newspapers, directories, prospectuses.
- Classic waste bin: The rest of the waste that is not suitable for the other compartments.
