Rooms: your room number may be changed without notice, but your room allocated is under the same category for the same price. If you have a special requirement, e.g. must be the ground floor, please tell us in the "Comment".

Credit card: We require a valid credit card number to secure all reservations. Deposit is not required, but full payment may be processed 2 days in advance of your stay or full payment is due upon arrival. If your credit card is declined, your reservation will be cancelled automatically without notice. If your credit card information is changed, please notify us at your earliest convenience time.

Cancellation policy: 48 hours prior to 3 pm on arrival date, or the first night (room rate plus tax) will be charged.

No Show: If you fail to show up to occupy a reserved room on your scheduled arrival date, then the reservation becomes void for the remaining nights that have been reserved. The first night or the first two nights (if two or more nights reserved), including any applicable taxes will be charged.

Early departure: we require 48 hours notice for your early departure. Otherwise, the remaining nights will be charged as per the reservation.
