Set in seven acres of grounds, it offers modern comforts while retaining its traditional charm with exposed stone walls and beams. The large reception room features two sitting areas and a woodburning stove, and the well-equipped kitchen seats up to ten people. The farmhouse includes modern amenities like oil central heating, a range cooker, and an American fridge freezer. A separate utility room provides extra convenience with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and drinks fridge. Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels). The first basket of logs is provided in the winter months.

The three-mile sandy beach of Newgale is about a fifteen-minute drive away, with other beautiful beaches like Nolton Haven, Broad Haven, and more within easy reach. Upper Calffield Farm also features a games room with a full-size table tennis table and TV, and outdoor dining areas with a brick-built BBQ, perfect for summer evenings.
